1. Service Overview

coldcall.pro ("the Service") is an AI-powered go-to-market automation platform operated by ColdCall ("we", "us", "our"). The Service runs a 6-phase pipeline — Positioning, Campaigns, Copy, Leads, Outreach, and Learnings — to help businesses automate outbound sales.

2. Account & Access

You authenticate via magic link (email-based passwordless sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each account is tied to a single workspace with isolated data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including:

• CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable anti-spam and data protection laws
• Not sending deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading outreach
• Not using the Service to harass, threaten, or spam recipients
• Not uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate positioning, campaign strategies, copy variants, and outreach messages based on your input. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or deliverability of AI-generated outputs.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI processing, lead enrichment, email verification, web research, and message delivery. By using the Service, you authorize us to share relevant campaign and contact data with these providers to fulfill the pipeline. 6. Connected Accounts

You may connect your email and LinkedIn accounts to enable automated outreach. You grant us permission to send messages on your behalf through these connected accounts. You can disconnect accounts at any time from your settings page.

7. Billing & Credits

Pipeline runs are purchased as credit packages through our payment processor. Credits are non-refundable once a pipeline run has started. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (pitch decks, briefs, descriptions). You grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of delivering the Service. AI-generated outputs (copy, campaigns, learnings) created from your inputs belong to you.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pipeline runs depend on third-party API availability. We are not liable for failures, delays, or incomplete results caused by external service outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, email deliverability issues, or inaccurate lead data.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your workspace data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
